4 種每餐必備營養素

我選擇餐點時,都會注意餐點是否齊備碳水化合物、蛋白質、脂肪和膳食纖維(偶爾的欺騙餐就不管這麼多啦!)。這4種營養素又叫「宏量營養素」,分別幫助身體中不同的功能運作,缺一不可,要不然長遠來說,我們就會營養不良。營養不良並不是單純卡路里吃得足不足夠的問題,而是這4種營業素中,只要有一樣長期都攝取不足,就會造成營養不良、身體變差。

例如如果我們每天只吃蔬果,體重真的會掉超快,但因為我們沒有攝取到蛋白質和脂肪,身體部分功能會開始不能正常運作、我們開始變得虛弱,最後被迫終止這次的減重、又回到原本的生活模式。所以,建立一個你自己能夠持續一輩子的健康生活方式,才是皇道!

Here are my principles when I choose food for most of my meals. There must be Carbs, Protein, Fats and Fibers, in order to have a well-balanced diet. These four nutrients (aka Marco-nutrients) help our body function in their unique way and lacking any one of them will cause us suffer from malnutrition in long term. 

Say, if we follow the weight control method of only eating veggies & fruits, as our meals lack of protein and fats, we will feel weak. When our body functions get severely harmed that we could not tolerate anymore, we are forced to stop following that method. And weights are re-gained gradually when we go back to our original unhealthy lifestyle. 

Please remember, the way that is sustainable shall be the ONLY way we adapt and follow. And consciously including those 4 nutrients in every meal represent that sustainable way which you are able to do it lifelong.
