選對食物 之 唯一原則

As long as the food is whole food, it is the right food! They can help u stay fit cuz:

  1. 含較多優質宏量營業素 They are packed with more high quality macro-nutrients (i.e. carbs / protein / lipids / fibers)
  2. 含較豐富的微量營業素(維生素 & 礦物質)Rich in Micro-nutrients (i.e. vitamins / minerals)
  3. 較易在天然又不爆卡的前提下,攝取到足夠的宏量 & 微量營業素 Help fulfil your daily recommended consumption of Macro- & Micro- nutrients more easily and naturally without exceeding your calories quotas
  4. 增加飽足感 Make you feel full more easily

**但!對的食物不代表你可以無限制的任食!任何食物,只要食太多,都會爆卡、都會讓你變胖!Right food does not mean you can eat as much as you want! All food that are NOT eaten in moderation will make you store fats!**

  • Examples of whole food: Steak, Pork, Chicken Wings, Eggs, Animal livers, Fried rice, Baked potatoes, Veggies….
  • Example of NON-whole food: Sausages, Candies, Cokes, Bread, Noodles, Cookies, Fish balls….
