為什麼每次都復胖?

可持續性很很很重要!任何減肥方式總會讓人有一種要 ”熬過去” 的感覺,但專屬自己的健康生活方式,因為是自在舒適的,所以可以成為習慣、可以持續一輩子、才可以一輩子不復胖!Ways that are sustainable is the key to stay fit lifelong constantly! Sustainable means you can live in such ways forever.

I do not overly restrict myself to eating healthy food only or to working out every day, as this is just not sustainable. Even I can restrict myself for a month, or for a year, I don’t think I can restrict myself for my entire life. More importantly, once I stop the restriction and go back to the unhealthy lifestyle, weights will be re-gained! (The most basic cause for fats accumulation is the unhealthy habits and thus lifestyle) Thus, I have been building a lifestyle that most of time I choose the healthier options, and sometime I choose the options that are not healthy but comfort me a lot.

And this is a lifestyle that I feel like I can live lifelong!
